Job Description

At CyberCoders, we are seeking an experienced Senior Roofing Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for residential roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed estimates using Xactimate software
  • Evaluate project scope and requirements to determine accurate costs for materials, labor, and equipment
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Provide support to sales team during the bidding process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in residential or commercial roofing estimating
  • Strong understanding of residential roofing materials, installation methods, and industry standards
  • Proficient in Xactimate software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
