**Job Description:**

The Residential Supervisor - Youth Care Specialist plays a vital role in our residential care settings, providing guidance and support to staff while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and supportive living environment that promotes socialization, education, and personal growth.
  • Supervise and mentor direct care staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Manage crisis situations and provide emotional support to clients and staff as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential care or a related field.
  • CPR certification and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
