Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Title Examiner to join our team at Lennar Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for examining real estate ownership records, researching titles, and identifying potential issues.

About the Role
  • Examine chain of title and taxes for title orders
  • Identify and resolve title issues
  • Determine insurability and issue title commitments and/or preliminary title reports
  • Update and amend commitments and reports
  • Interact with escrow team

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations governing real estate.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in performing title examination on real property
  • Practical knowledge of Land Records Information System and ability to interpret data retrieval from computer system
  • Strong communication and writing skill set with knowledge of phraseology and terminology commonly used in title policy writing
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $24.82 - $42 per hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions. We also offer a comprehensive array of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, paid parental leave, associate assistance program, education assistance program, adoption assistance, vacation time, holiday pay, sick leave, and personal days.
