About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team at Silfex. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure.

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in network engineering, with a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. They will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting our Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) connections
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of our network systems
  • Designing and implementing network segmentation and disaster recovery plans
  • Providing technical support to end-users and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to use our network systems effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • CCNA or CCNP certification(s)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Office 365, Microsoft Visio, and network performance monitoring software
