Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for building trusting relationships with customers, recommending products and services, and creating Wow moments through outstanding service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with an amazing team in a fun environment
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs
  • Create Wow moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction
  • Help maintain the locations appearance and cleanliness
  • Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations

Requirements

  • An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills
  • The ability to connect with customers
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background check
