Overview

Tire Installation Specialists are the backbone of Discount Tire's success, playing a crucial role in the company's growth and employee development. As a Tire Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning. You will also participate in hands-on, on-the-job training and provide a world-class customer service experience.

Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive pay starting at $14-17 per hour, paid weekly, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Our Part-Time benefits package includes paid training, employee referral bonuses, an educational assistance program, and an exclusive employee discount program. Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must have an upbeat outlook and be dedicated and reliable.
  • Must be coachable and trainable, able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, and function well in a physically demanding environment.
