- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
