• Restore vehicles to their original operational condition after a collision.
• Make informed decisions about repairing or replacing vehicle parts, considering factors like safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Perform high-quality repairs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to communicate vehicle repair status.
• Analyze damaged vehicles and plan the repair process.
• Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations affecting departmental operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.

• Previous experience working in a Collision Center or Body Shop is required.
• Knowledge of body repair and insurance processes is essential.
• A background and driving screen will be conducted prior to employment.
• Applicants must be willing to provide their own tools.
