Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our diversity and inclusion strategy efforts.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in enterprise-wide strategic planning, including assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for corporate strategies.
They will also have a strong understanding of evolving trends in diversity and inclusion, as well as excellent communication skills (oral and written) and experience presenting information to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
The Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion Strategy will be responsible for refining the D&I strategic planning framework, inclusive of a SWOT analysis, core goals, and success measures. They will also facilitate strategy development and advise on execution of D&I priorities, inclusive of research and consultation on resources to support strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's or other advanced degree preferred, and familiarity with D&I-related regulatory requirements applicable to GSEs.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to embed D&I into all business activities and maintain durability of the enterprise's D&I efforts, consistent with the principles of equal opportunity.
The hiring range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary lifestyle benefits.
