Job Title: Early Childhood Education Team Lead
">About Us: Community Concepts is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Teacher-Pre-K.
">Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary of $22.07 per hour, with the potential for additional monthly wage supplements through the State of Maine Early Childhood Educator Workforce Salary Supplement Program.
">About the Role: As a Lead Teacher-Pre-K, you will be responsible for leading a high-quality preschool classroom team. Your primary duties will include planning activities and tailoring curriculum to meet children's social, emotional, physical, literacy, and cognitive development needs.
">Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of one of the following qualifications: Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience and five years of experience in early care and education. Excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and motivate others, and autonomy to function within a team environment are essential.

Tech. II Certification; ability to obtain and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
