About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Arrive Logistics. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Travel to meet with clients and prospects, conducting quarterly business reviews and expanding relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or third-party logistics
  • Experience with different mode types, including drayage, intermodal, LTL, and cross-border
  • Track record of success in sales, with a proven ability to price business strategically and competitively
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure
