  • Process AP/AR transactions
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing
  • Handle customer payments and chargebacks

  • Process journal entries
  • Resolve payment and journal entry discrepancies
  • Assist with tax preparation
  • Monitor age reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Bookkeeping and AP practices
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 a plus
