At Community Options, we're looking for a Career Advancement Specialist to join our Residential Services team. This role involves supervising, training, and scheduling Direct Support Professionals to deliver exceptional services to our customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to provide support with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and transportation, while also addressing their health, wellness, and personal care needs.
