We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Application Specialist to join our team at Astrix Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely application of cash receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify cash receipts from various sources, including checks, ACHs, wires, and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain efficient levels of token and credit card payment processing.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries, processing credit card payments as needed.
  • Achieve and maintain 100% accuracy in cash application.
  • Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Address and resolve miscellaneous unapplied cash receipts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash applications, with 5+ years preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
