Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our team at Gentle Dental. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dental practices provide exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and optimal patient care.

Gentle Dental is committed to delivering legendary customer service through engaged employees and smooth office operations. Our practice managers play a critical role in achieving this goal, working closely with our Director of Operations and Area Clinical Director to drive success.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $69,000 - $73,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families, as well as basic life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service.
  • Oversee and supervise front and back office staff.
  • Evaluate and review office production and procedures to develop new ways to improve efficiency.
  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, cash control, payroll preparation, and administrative duties.
  • Develop and implement office budgets and manage the procurement of general office supplies and equipment.
  • Recruit, retain, and terminate staff, working with HR to assess, investigate, and resolve employee issues.
  • Process dental insurance claims, work with HMO and PPO dental plans, and present dental treatment plans to patients.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Leadership experience of 3+ years.
  • Previous dental or healthcare management experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, with Denticon experience a plus.
  • Bilingualism a plus.
