About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Erector Supervisor to join our team at Associated Scaffolding Company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Erector Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and assisting an erection crew with the construction and dismantling of supported and suspended scaffolds. This includes ensuring safe operations during erection and dismantling, conducting daily inspections of scaffolds, and maintaining scaffold tagging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist erection crew in constructing and dismantling supported and suspended scaffolds
  • Ensure safe operations during erection and dismantling, including identifying hazards and making necessary corrections
  • Conduct daily inspections of scaffolds and maintain scaffold tagging
  • Plan workflow on the job and assign tasks to personnel according to their skill level
  • Document hours worked, inventory control, and change orders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong supervisory and organizational skills, as well as the ability to mentor and develop other personnel. You should also have a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record and at least 3 years of experience in the construction of scaffolding.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competent Person Training for the construction and use of supported scaffolds and fall protection systems
  • OSHA 30 hour courses for construction or industrial

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
