Fabrication Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Craftsman to join our Kawneer Building and Construction Systems Team in Tukwila, WA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key responsibilities include measuring and cutting aluminum extrusions, assembling cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames, checking material against orders, and visually inspecting incoming materials.

• Actively engage in safety protocols to ensure the well-being of self and others at the facility.
• Produce quality products with attention to detail.
• Maintain internal schedules to meet customer deadlines.
• Follow directions from managers and functional leads to complete daily tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
• 2 or more years of fabrication or construction experience is preferred.
• Able to use power tools including electrical, hydraulic, and air-powered industrial machines.

• $24 per hour starting pay.
• Overtime available.
