Medical Claims Auditor and Benefits Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Medical Claims Auditor and Benefits Advocate to join our team at inAssist Healthcare Management Solutions.
As a Medical Claims Auditor and Benefits Advocate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and achieve significant savings on their medical bills. Our proprietary application software and expert team of auditors and advocates will empower you to identify opportunities for cost reduction and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient medical bills and correspondence to ensure accuracy and identify areas for cost reduction
- Negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of our clients to resolve claims and billing issues
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and text to keep them informed about their claims and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Analyze management reports and research to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Suggest recommendations to resolve claims and billing issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or claims administration
- Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
