About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Griswold Home Care for Middlesex & Mercer Counties. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing clients' initial plan of care
  • Reviewing case notes every 30 days
  • Completing 60-day home visits
  • Supervising CHHA's, including competency and skills checklist during orientation

Requirements:

  • NJ RN license
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • Dependable automobile
  • A warm and friendly smile
