About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Custodian to join our team at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces, counters, and shelves in the kitchen following each meal.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring it is clean and sanitized at all times.
• Wash and sort flatware, serving dishes, china, and glasses.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor after each meal, removing trash and debris as assigned.
