Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $225,000-$275,000 USD per year, with an annual short-term incentive bonus available. WTW provides a competitive benefit package including health and welfare benefits, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.

Job Description

As the Global Digital Portfolio Leader at WTW, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, innovation, and performance success of our end-to-end digital portfolio. This includes developing and executing the EX product vision and strategy, evaluating opportunities for innovation and growth, and leading EX R&D initiatives. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from external stakeholders, staying abreast of customer and industry trends, and shaping the product roadmap for Embark and Engage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of business experience, including demonstrated team leadership
  • Experience with building product platforms and product launches across geographies, with US and UK a must
  • Exceptional business relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data and develop insights
  • Proven success working collaboratively to assist others in generating a deal flow
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across HWC and the geography globally
  • Keen business acumen and proven ability to align clients' business strategies and programs
