Job Title: Project Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring top-notch quality and client satisfaction. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for maintaining consistent and fluent contact with management, working closely with installation crews, and providing a positive and professional experience to all homeowners.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent and fluent contact with management to ensure installation goes smoothly.
  • Work closely with installation crews to monitor their performance and ensure they are installing the material to manufacturer and Rapid Roofing expectations.
  • Provide a positive and professional experience to all homeowners.
  • Canvass neighborhoods to generate more leads for the company.
  • Answer any and all questions that the homeowner may have to ensure they are at ease and trust that we are providing them with a 5-star experience.
  • Keep track of material on-site and communicate with management if additional material is needed.
  • Handle any and all issues with the utmost professionalism.

Compensation Package:

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
