Overview

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dedicated Support Advocate to provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries. As a Support Advocate, you will act as a caregiver, assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and supporting individuals in their personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including personal care, household maintenance, and meal preparation.
  • Assist individuals with varying levels of personal care, such as bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing.
  • Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications as needed.
  • Follow routines and guidelines, including Behavior Support Plans, personal care, and physical therapy.
