About the Role: This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center environment and is fluent in Spanish. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center environment
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
