Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join our Norfolk office. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, eager to learn, and passionate about the engineering/construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, proposals, qualifications statements, and other business development documents.
  • Work independently on assignments and collaboratively as part of a team on larger tasks.
  • Leverage expertise to support the marketing material close-out process and capture newly created content in our marketing library and online Deltek database.
  • Participate in business development strategy meetings to learn and understand Moffatt & Nichol's sales process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, communication, engineering, or related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in a marketing/sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
  • Excellent grammar/written communications skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
Working Conditions

This role is based in a general office setting with occasional travel requirements.
