We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at City Auto Group. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing their dream vehicle. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of top-ranked vehicles and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers find and purchase their dream vehicle
  • Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs
  • Explain and demonstrate vehicle features on test drives
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps to close deals
  • Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Prospect for new customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills
  • Good computer and social media skills
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
