Nurse Leader for Dynamic Acute Care Team

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our dynamic acute care team as a Care Team Leader. In this role, you will motivate and guide nursing staff while collaborating with an interprofessional team to deliver exceptional patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit.
- A Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or ADN with achievement of BS in Nursing within five (5) years of hire.
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the cost of living in Madison, WI, and the level of responsibility associated with the role.
