Location: Various locations across North Carolina

Medical specialists, also known as diagnostic experts, play a vital role in patient diagnosis and treatment planning. They analyze tissue samples and laboratory results to diagnose diseases, collaborate with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans, conduct autopsies, and stay updated on advances in pathology and diagnostic techniques. Effective communication of findings is essential for successful treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze tissue samples and laboratory results to diagnose diseases.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans.

Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of a pathology residency.
  • Board certification in pathology.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
