Job Summary:

Eleccion LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Space & Intelligence Sector, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing enterprise-wide solutions for total systems or subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze and identify customer requirements, establishing functional and technical specifications and standards for system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement, applying expertise in the innovation lifecycle to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Provide project management support, including requirements development, project planning, needs assessment, and transition planning.
  • Lead traditional Systems Engineering at the enterprise/strategic level, navigating complex political landscapes, operational restrictions, and interacting systems.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues, coordinating Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to ensure successful system integration.
  • Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships, handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving conflicts.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics) and 8+ years of relevant experience; Masters and 6+ years; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Customer-specific experience in the Intelligence Community.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to execute roles and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams to develop and implement hardware/software requirements.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up to support customer needs, communicate ideas clearly, work autonomously, and take the initiative to provide creative solutions.
  • Capacity to influence others and drive towards a common vision or goal.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of RF/Satellite communication systems.
  • Technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, etc.) preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

All candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
