Home Infusion Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team at Accredo, the specialty pharmacy division of Evernorth Health Services. As a Field Infusion Registered Nurse, you will travel to patients' homes to administer critical infusion medications and provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to patients' homes to administer IV infusion medications
- Work independently to make decisions that lead to the best outcomes for patients
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress
We are looking for a skilled and confident registered nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current RN license in the state where you will be working and living
- At least 2 years of RN experience
- 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- Strong skills in IV insertion
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
