The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. You will be responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, and damp mopping tile floors and stairwells. Additionally, you will dust and clean walls, doors, windows, and other surfaces above floor level.

As a Custodian, you will also perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength, including polishing common areas and the building exterior. You will work independently and as part of a team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
