Job Title: Product Manager, New Segment Growth
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Job Seeker team in our talent marketplace. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for growing new segments of job seekers by ensuring both sides of the talent marketplace work effectively for new audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to grow new segments of job seekers
- Partner with sales and marketing partners to open up new opportunities to grow the business
- Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve job seekers' challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Build user experiences and interfaces that are valuable, simple, and intuitive to job seekers
- Empathize with problems job seekers and hirers face, and identify the highest impact problems to be solved
- Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning
Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- Preferred qualifications include MS degree in a technology-related field, 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role, experience partnering with marketing and sales, entrepreneurial experience, or experience driving new 0 to 1 initiatives
What We Offer:
LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $201,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
