Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SpringHill Home Health and Hospice. As a Home Health RN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and families to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by the physician
- Counsel patients and families on meeting nursing and related needs
- Communicate with physicians and participate in interdisciplinary group meetings
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in the state of operation
- 1 year of nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Experience in home health or a similar setting preferred
