Job Description: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

We are seeking an ambitious L&D Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA HealthONE Rose. As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care needs, including obtaining patient history and identifying labor risk factors.

  • You will manage patient pain, including epidural and patient-controlled analgesia administration and management.
  • Provide age-appropriate care to patients based on their physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
  • Perform delegated duties consistent with your scope of practice and function within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN desirable).
  • A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado or a current RN compact license from another state for the first 180 days of employment.
  • BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
  • At least one year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
