Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide essential speech and language services to students with communication disorders in Brighton, Colorado.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working as part of a school district team, providing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments. The ideal candidate will have a valid Colorado State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop tailored treatment plans to address student needs
  • Provide speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Requirements
  • A valid Colorado State SLP License
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
