About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Coronary Therapies team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives
  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve their annual sales objectives
  • Negotiate contracts with external customers and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform regional strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 4-year degree with a minimum of 7 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success
  • Strong clinical, analytical, and selling skills
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence cross-functionally
