Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Architect Lead at Gormat, you will be responsible for applying complex project tasks to specialized technology problems. This role involves integration of electronic processes to resolve total system problems or technology problems. You will use analytical and systematic approaches to resolve workflow, organization, and planning issues. Additionally, you will direct and assist system engineers in the application of system engineering principles to solve secure systems design problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex cybersecurity projects with a focus on security architecture, network operations, and vulnerability analysis.
  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise IT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security policies.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity solutions, including PKI, data encryption, and key management.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the security posture of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats, applying this knowledge to improve the security of Gormat's systems and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security architecture, network operations, and vulnerability analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or information systems.
  • Experience with enterprise security architecture, including designing, building, and maintaining enterprise IT systems.
  • Knowledge of security and network operations, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and network protocols.
  • Experience with security requirements, security assessments, and security recommendations using industry standards as reference models.

Specialty Skillsets:

  • Network Engineer skills, with a strong focus on system administration and Microsoft Active Directory administration.
  • Experience with enterprise security architecture, including designing, building, and maintaining enterprise IT systems.
  • Knowledge of security and network operations, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and network protocols.

Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.

Requisition-Specific Requirements:

  • Knowledge of LANs, WANs, VPNs, Routers, Firewalls, Network Protocols
  • Knowledge of security and network operations and monitoring, vulnerability analysis
  • Knowledge of PKI, data encryption, and Key management
  • Experience with enterprise security architecture, including designing, building, and maintaining enterprise IT systems
  • Experience with security requirements, security assessments and security recommendations using industry standards as reference models
  • Experience with compliance and adherence to IT, User, Security Standards/Policies
  • Knowledge in the best practices of Cybersecurity and Threat-based Cybersecurity frameworks and the latest trends
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust preferred
