We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our tax document management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and organize client incoming tax documents with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist with the intake of tax information and prepare for routing in a timely manner.
  • E nsure that all client documents are accurately tracked and kept current.
  • Organize, scan, and process tax documents with attention to detail.
  • Assemble client tax returns according to established procedures.
  • Support the team in meeting strict government deadlines.
  • E-file and finalize delivery steps for tax returns.
  • Other responsibilities may include preparation of informational tax documents.
  • Provide general operational support and perform other tasks as requested by the team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (strongly preferred).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 per year, taking into account the location in Nashville, TN, and the level of responsibility involved.
