Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000, with bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves working with real estate title agents to foster strong relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with title agents, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and work with existing and prospective title agents to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing queries from customers and resolving issues promptly.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for title agents to ensure they are well-informed about our products and services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the title insurance industry
- A valid driver's license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
