About Houston Community College

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities
  • Repair, maintain, and operate all machines and tools
  • Climb ladders to retrieve and replace materials and supplies
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work in a diverse work environment
  • Teach day, evening, or weekend classes at multiple sites around the city
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse professional, community, and student population
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and skill in various computer usage and software
  • Possess good organizational and planning skills
