Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Account Associate. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and marketing products or services that maximize value.

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Collaborate with the agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas.
  • The ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • A Property & Casualty license.
