Nursing Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) at our esteemed institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and focusing on the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs
- Direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with nursing standards of care and practice
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and a minimum of one year of work experience as a Registered Nurse. A Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
