Job Title: Financial Services Leader

This role is responsible for leading the financial services team and overseeing the financial and commercial operations of the business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgetary and regulatory matters, with experience in supervising and influencing high-level business unit management and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and support critical financial issues to achieve overall business unit commercial objectives.
  • Oversee financial and controls policies/programs designed to meet commercial objectives and drive continuous fleet improvement.
  • Lead technicians and analysts in assuring execution of corporate and NextEra Power Generation business processes.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports and indicators, and explain financial results to non-financial audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from all departments and lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma principles.

Requirements:

  • High School Grad/GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
