Job Title: Home Care Aide

At WelbeHealth, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Aide to join our team. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide personal care and assistance to our participants, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (activities of daily living)
  • Measure and document participants' vital signs
  • Assist participants with boarding and exiting from transportation vehicles
  • Observe activity on the day center floor to assure participant safety
  • Assist with meal service and feeding participants when indicated
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification of Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant in California (CNA) preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing personal care to the senior population
  • CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
