Antitrust Paralegal Expert for Global Practice

We are seeking a skilled Antitrust Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Washington D.C. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with a renowned law firm specializing in technology, life sciences, and venture capital clients.

Job Details

This role will involve assisting with worldwide antitrust practice, including filing Hart-Scott-Rodino documents and other regulatory filings. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with Hart-Scott-Rodino and other antitrust regulatory filings
  • Prepare documents for production (proofreading, Bates-labeling, redacting, etc.)
  • Conduct factual investigations and research
  • Attend and contribute to client and team meetings
  • Liaise with legal document processing vendors
  • Organize information in datarooms and databases
  • Catalog large volumes of documents in electronic and hard copy
  • Assist with filings to federal and state courts
  • Monitor case dockets and report developments
  • Prepare and maintain witness binders and presentations
  • Participate in training and development programs
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and results-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with Hart-Scott-Rodino filings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management software
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressure with minimal supervision
