We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Speech Language Pathologists to join our multi-disciplinary team in Greenville, SC. As a valued member of our family-centered, community-based health program, you will have the opportunity to work with developmentally delayed children, providing services in our 7000 square foot activity center.
About Our Program
- We use a family-centered, community-based, multi-disciplinary approach to engage behaviorally-challenged children in center- or home-based environments.
- Our sister company, Aging with Flair, LLC, was founded in 2004 to serve people and families with developmental delays and special needs.
- We are a state-wide South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs Early Intervention Qualified Service Provider and Medicaid Targeted Case Management Provider with South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
Your Role
- You will administer, conduct, evaluate, document, and supervise speech therapy activities.
- You will develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and design support plans based on functional assessment data.
- You will collaborate with Program Coordinators, BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, PTs, and other SLPs on the proper implementation of educational and clinical speech programs and plans, materials development, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current South Carolina Board license.
- A valid driver's license and personal transportation with insurance.
- Professional Liability insurance.
- Federal background and criminal record check (including fingerprinting).
- A valid first aid/CPR certification specific to children.
- Two-Step TB Skin Test (intradermal Mantoux method).
