Job Title: Manufacturing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Automation Specialist to join our team at On-Board Engineering Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems and processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated systems and processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with industrial automation systems and programming languages (e.g. PLCs, HMI, SCADA)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
