Job Description

As a Registered Nurse per diem, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate and long-term nursing care to patients within our department, hospital, and regulatory agencies' standards.

  • You will accurately assess patients' needs and plan nursing interventions for assigned patients.
  • Provide and implement nursing care interventions that meet the highest standards of care.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Take on a leadership role in organizing and providing patient care while ensuring effective communication with colleagues and family members.
  • Contribute to professional growth and competency through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
  • You must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a BSN preferred.
  • No experience is required, but one year of medical/psychiatric experience is highly preferred.
  • You must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and electronic medical records systems is essential.
