DeKalb Health seeks a dedicated Critical Care Support Associate to join our team in the ICU unit. As a Critical Care Support Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and performing basic patient tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse.

With a strong commitment to patient dignity and respect, you will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional care and service excellence. Your dedication to quality care and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year's experience working in a patient care setting preferred but not required. You must also obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire. A CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
