Land Development Project Manager Opportunity

LVI Associates is seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to join their team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of the land development team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead land development projects, including site acquisition, entitlements, and construction management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in land development project management
  • PE licensed in Texas
  • BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
